Amzval Working, Mechanism of Action and Pharmacology
Amzval improves the patients condition by performing the following functions:

Amlodipine-calcium channel blocker(CCB):
Amlodipine blocks calcium from entering certain tissues and arteries, which leads to their relaxation.
As a result, blood can flow more easily to your heart, which in turn helps lower the blood pressure.
Taurine improves insulin sensitivity and helps in the conversion of carbohydrates into energy, therefore, it acts as an energy booster.
Amino Acids are important for the absorption of vitamins and minerals & are building blocks of the body thus help in stimulating proper growth and development. Amino Acids such as L-Phenylalanine and L-Tryptophan activate cycle which helps the production of energy in the form of ATP.

Valsartan-Angiotensin II Receptor Blockers(ARBs):
Valsartan works by blocking the effect of angiotensin. This leads to the relaxation of Blood vessels.It also influences the kidney to get rid of extra water and salt. These all, in turn, lead to lowered blood pressure.

Hydrochlorothiazide-Thiazide Diuretics:

• Amlodipine Besylate USP
• Equivalent to Amlodipine 10mg
• Valsartan USP 160mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide USP 25mg
• Colour: Red Iron Oxide

Amzval Precautions & How to Use
Use as directed by your doctor or follow the instructions printed on the product insert.

• To prevent dehydration, have plenty of fluids unless the doctor directs you otherwise.
• In patients with diabetes, this product may affect your blood sugar. It is advisable to check your blood sugar regularly as directed and share the results with the doctor. Your doctor may adjust your diabetes medication, exercise program, or diet.
• This product may affect potassium levels. Before using potassium supplements or salt substitutes that contain potassium, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not drive, use heavy machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely.
• Limit alcoholic beverages.
• Do not use in Pregnancy,Consult a doctor first.
